Graduating in 1999, she received the honor of the Order of the Golden Cane, an academic award for the most outstanding clinical science student in her class. She began her career at the University of Michigan MedRehab and MedSport facilities in Ann Arbor, MI, and joined the Gaspar DPT family in 2003. Working part-time in the SPC location, Jen balances treating her patients by raising her three school-aged children.

Philip DeMoss is a seasoned physical therapist with over a decade of experience specializing in orthopedics. His expertise includes shoulder and knee rehabilitation, balance training, and sports recovery. He earned his bachelor's degree from Cal State San Bernardino in 2010 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in 2013. Philip is the clinical director of Gaspar's Coastal Carlsbad clinic, where he leads with a commitment to patient-centered care. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, spending quality time with his wife and two children, boating, fishing, and coaching baseball.

I am a clinic director at our Gaspar Encinitas location. I have been with Gaspar since 2016 when I graduated from St. Augustine in San Marcos. I went on to become Board certified in Orthopedics in 2018. I performed my undergraduate coursework in Biology Pre-PhysicalTherapy at Ohio University and graduated in 2013. I believe in a comprehensive treatment approach blending manual therapy, therapeutic exercise,and the latest technologies for diagnosis and intervention. I specialize in vestibular rehabilitation, post concussive rehabilitation, and return to sport activities. I continue to pursue continuing education courses in all of these disciplines. I am comfortable treating all body regions but especially enjoy lumbopelvic and shoulder rehab. I have four awesome girls at home, my wife Amy, my two daughters Ruby and Evie, and our cat Clementine. When I am not spending time with my family I enjoy golfing, weight lifting, and Muay Thai kickboxing.

Allie Anady, PT, DPT

Since 2017, I've dedicated myself to the practice of Physical Therapy, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey to witness my patients achieving their goals. With a background as a former athlete, I have a special affinity for assisting individuals in their recovery from sports-related injuries. Additionally, I have honed my expertise in addressing mild vestibular issues and guiding patients through post-surgical rehabilitation.

My roots are firmly planted in Carlsbad, and it was my personal patient experience with Gaspar PT as a soccer player & sprinter dealing with a few injuries that ignited my passion for physical therapy. After completing my undergraduate studies at UCSD in 2012, where I earned a B.S. in Biology, I spent several years working in the restaurant industry before pursuing my dream of becoming a physical therapist at the University of Saint Augustine. I proudly graduated in 2017 and eagerly rejoined the Gaspar team in 2023.

Outside of the clinic, I maintain an active lifestyle, with soccer and weightlifting as my preferred activities. Much like many of us, the beach holds a special place in my heart, and I love spending quality time with friends and adventuring with my two little buddies at the Safari Park. Allie Anady, PT, DPT

Since 2017, I've dedicated myself to the practice of Physical Therapy, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey to witness my patients achieving their goals. With a background as a former athlete, I have a special affinity for assisting individuals in their recovery from sports-related injuries. Additionally, I have honed my expertise in addressing mild vestibular issues and guiding patients through post-surgical rehabilitation.

My roots are firmly planted in Carlsbad, and it was my personal patient experience with Gaspar PT as a soccer player & sprinter dealing with a few injuries that ignited my passion for physical therapy. After completing my undergraduate studies at UCSD in 2012, where I earned a B.S. in Biology, I spent several years working in the restaurant industry before pursuing my dream of becoming a physical therapist at the University of Saint Augustine. I proudly graduated in 2017 and eagerly rejoined the Gaspar team in 2023.

Outside of the clinic, I maintain an active lifestyle, with soccer and weightlifting as my preferred activities. Much like many of us, the beach holds a special place in my heart, and I love spending quality time with friends and adventuring with my two little buddies at the Safari Park. My family and I are avid sports enthusiasts, so brace yourself for lively discussions about the Padres and Chargers.

Graduating in 1999, she received the honor of the Order of the Golden Cane, an academic award for the most outstanding clinical science student in her class. She began her career at the University of Michigan MedRehab and MedSport facilities in Ann Arbor, MI, and joined the Gaspar DPT family in 2003. Working part-time in the SPC location, Jen balances treating her patients by raising her three school-aged children.

Philip DeMoss is a seasoned physical therapist with over a decade of experience specializing in orthopedics. He earned his bachelor's degree from Cal State San Bernardino in 2010 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in 2013. Philip is the clinical director of Gaspar's Coastal Carlsbad clinic, where he leads with a commitment to patient-centered care. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, spending quality time with his wife and two children, boating, fishing, and coaching baseball.

I am a clinic director at our Gaspar Encinitas location. I have been with Gaspar since 2016 when I graduated from St. Augustine in San Marcos. I went on to become Board certified in Orthopedics in 2018. I performed my undergraduate coursework in Biology Pre-PhysicalTherapy at Ohio University and graduated in 2013. I believe in a comprehensive treatment approach blending manual therapy, therapeutic exercise,and the latest technologies for diagnosis and intervention. I specialize in vestibular rehabilitation, post concussive rehabilitation, and return to sport activities. I continue to pursue continuing education courses in all of these disciplines. I am comfortable treating all body regions but especially enjoy lumbopelvic and shoulder rehab. I have four awesome girls at home, my wife Amy, my two daughters Ruby and Evie, and our cat Clementine.
