"I’ve been to many PT places due to injuries ranging from tears to a fractured bone, and this has easily been my best PT experience. When it comes to quality care, the physicians here really think and come up with solutions to help you get back on your feet -- in my case, it was recovery from a fractured talus. Cole and Makena were amazing physicians who helped me through the time I had an air-cast around post 6 week surgery til I was on my 2 feet lightly jumping and jogging. They were extremely knowledgeable in the various workouts and parts of the foot (which were so complex). I had a ton of stiffness being immobilized for ~3-4 months, but all the personalized progressions they put me through fixed maybe 85% of my immobility. A lot of the PT has helped me gain a lot of strength and can do multiple sets of assisted pistol squats now. Mobility is my main bottleneck still, but without the physicians' help I don't think I could've gained this much range of motion back. Everyone -- from the physicians, aids, manager -- all were extremely bright, warm, and fun peoples. The ambiance itself was fun, and it truly made going to PT enjoyable even if all my sessions were bright and early at 7:30 am. Overall, I really recommend this PT clinic from personal experience when it comes to foot immobilization therapy. The overall care is highly recommended because everyone is so great too."

"This good? I have seen Gina Gerber for physical therapy for various issues over the last couple of years and followed her to Gaspar Solana Beach. She has been the most helpful and effective pt I've had over the years, never just going through the motions, always cheerful and caring. She is very knowledgeable and when something new comes up is willing to put in the time and effort to research new potential exercises that continue to help me to progress. I had never been able to do a squat or lunge due to recurring knee problems over 30 years, and can now, at 65 years old, do 3 sets of 15 (with weights even) due to the progressive course of exercises she painstakingly laid out for me. I broke my arm and developed terrible back and neck pain due to my unwise decision to keep exercising just one side of my body and Gina helped me figure out exactly where the pains were originating and develop a series of exercises to bring me back to full strength and allow me to swim pain free again. "Id been going to Gaspar Physical Therapy on Torrey Highlands for the last 3 years for rehabilitation on my right and left knee total knee replacement. My right knee is already healed and my left knee treatment is on going now. I come to this clinic because of Spencer my physical therapist. He made my rehabilitation easy and non stressful. I called him my hero. Spencer is my educator, he plans for my treatment, he strengthens and stretches my postoperative knee by himself followed by his aids to make sure am doing my exercises correctly. I like one to one treatment for continuity of care. He based hi treatment according to my goal, my age, and what is best for me. I trusted him because he is highly educated with honors and have lots of experience in his job he likes to do.
