"I went to Gaspar after suffering through months of failed attempts at shoulder rehab with other physical therapists. Spencer immediately understood the root cause of pain and started me on a methodical program for increasing ROM and strength. When my progress started to stall, he suggested me to explore PRP as an alternative and continued to support me through PRP with a combination of in-clinic/at-home PT exercises. I am so glad I went to Gaspar and feel like I am finally on a path to recovery.
