We understand that, as a new graduate, getting completely comfortable and confident in your skills as a Physical Therapist will take some time. Our company has employed many newly hired therapists since our existence in 1994.
A great deal of those newly hired therapists are still with us today. The reasoning for that is simple, our seasoned therapists were there to mentor them and see to it that those recent graduates would succeed.

Outside of work it is important to have activities to take your mind off of what you do in the clinic. Turning off your mind to your work life is something that is healthy and we encourage that.
When an individual can experience all that life has to offer in their free time it brings them back fresh and motivated when they come into work. It is understanding that being a recent graduate that there is an inner drive to be the best therapist you can be. Extra studying after work hours, spending time on the weekend to expand your knowledge is great.
